Let our CARES team screen members of your community for heart disease, which is the nation’s leading cause of death. Our nurses provide the screening, completely free of cost, and it only takes minutes to complete. Blood is collected by using a small lancet to prick the finger, and only a small sample of blood is needed for our machines to run the test in less than 3 minutes. Out team of RNs and APRNs are highly trained in cardiac health and will educate you based on results.
