Anam Dance: A Summer Solstice Celebration

Anam Dance: A Summer Solstice Celebration

At the height of light, when the sun lingers and the earth hums with fullness, we gather for Anam Dance—a soulful journey into movement, connection, and elemental rhythm.

Rooted in the wisdom of the body and inspired by Celtic tradition, Anam Dance invites you to step into a living relationship with the elements—earth beneath your feet, water moving gently through your body, fire igniting your spirit, and air guiding your breath.

This is not choreography, but a remembering. A return to the body’s innate intelligence, where movement becomes medicine. As we honor the Summer Solstice, we dance the energy of expansion, vitality, and illumination. Through guided exploration and free expression, you’ll be supported in releasing what no longer serves and embodying what is ready to emerge.

Together, we co-create a space where creativity flows, the mind softens, and the soul speaks. Come as you are. Leave more fully yourself.

Be a Hero—Donate Blood
Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood, yet only about 3% of age-eligible people donate annually. Since blood cannot be manufactured, hospitals rely entirely on volunteers to provide a steady, 24/7 supply for trauma patients, cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, and surgeries.

Why Your Donation Matters:

  • Save Up to 3 Lives: One donation can be separated into red cells, plasma, and platelets, helping multiple patients in need.

  • Constant Need: Red blood cells only last 42 days, and platelets only five days, requiring a constant flow of new donations.

  • Community Lifeline: Your donation provides a local, reliable source for emergencies, burn victims, and children with blood disorders.

  • Simple & Quick: The process takes about one hour, and you get a free mini-physical (checking pulse, blood pressure, and iron levels).

Giving blood is a simple act of kindness that makes an immeasurable difference. Be the reason someone gets a second chance.
